THE most up to date statistics from the Residential Property Price Register shows that January was a busy month for property sales around Tralee with 24 transactions taking place fetching a total of €4,290,501.
The properties that sold for the most money in one transaction in the Tralee environs in January was for a house in Knockanish for €400,000. The most paid in the county in one transaction was €690,000 for Bayhouse at Feoramore West, Kenmare.
