A PROMINENT Tralee property, built in the 1790s, has been sold for close to the asking price of €495,000.
Castlemorris House has been bought by an Irish couple with a young family and will continue to operate as a B&B, according to Ganley Walters, the Dublin-based auctioneers handling the sale.
The eight bedroomed house has been on the market since 2013 and has operated as a B&B since 2006.
