Gardaí have seized €4,800 of suspected cannabis plants in Lispole on Tuesday, July 28.
At around 6pm Gardaí from the Kerry Divisional Drugs Unit, assisted by Dingle Gardaí, executed a search warrant at a house in the Lispole area.
Gardaí were forced to breech the back door of the house as the occupant refused to let them enter the property.

During the course of the search Gardaí seized €4,800 of cannabis plants that were located in a polytunnel in the back garden.
Gardaí also seized a small amount of cannabis herb and a grinder from inside the house.
The local Crime Unit attended and photographed the scene and the seized items. The suspected drugs will now be sent for analysis.
A man, aged in his 40s, was arrested at the scene and brought to Tralee Garda Station. He was detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 and later released.
A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
