Met Éireann Issues Another Warning But Cold Spell Set To End On Friday

.

WITH the cold spell continuing, it’s no surprise that another Status Yellow – Low Temperature/Ice warning has been issued for Ireland by Met Éireann.

It will be very cold again this evening and overnight with severe frost and icy stretches. Impacts may included difficult travelling conditions, low temperature issues for vulnerable people and animal welfare issues.

The warning is valid until 12 noon on Thursday, but it’s likely another warning will follow for Thursday night/Friday morning.

However, it will get milder on Friday afternoon with a dry day forecast, but Saturday and Sunday look unsettled with rain coming over the weekend and temperatures reaching double figures.
