A Status Yellow – Low Temperature/Ice warning has been issued for most counties in Ireland including Kerry, for Thursday night into Friday morning.
Met Éireann says it will be very cold over the coming days with temperatures expected to fall below -3 degrees in many areas.
Frost and ice developing will cause hazardous travelling conditions.
The warning is valid from 6pm on Thursday to 12 noon on Friday.
