A HOST of popular music and comedy acts are coming to Siamsa Tíre next year as their spring programme was announced.

Declan O’Rourke (March 6), Eddi Reader (February 19) and Declan Nerney (January 23) are some of the music acts while Tralee’s native Shane Clifford (April 1), Neil Delamere (March 12) and Fred Cooke and Julie Jay (February 3) bring the laugh to the theatre.

Fans of the theatre can look forward to productions such as Fight Night by Gavin Kostick, the exhilarating story of a failed boxer desperately trying to make a comeback; the tale of human love and frailty, destiny and chance that is Once Upon A Bridge by Druid Theatre; and the poignantly funny Crowman starring Jon Kenny.

There’s plenty for families to enjoy at Siamsa Tíre too.  Bosco stars in a puppet show that tells the story of Hansel and Gretel.  The Science Magic show returns with Donal Vaughan and his unique combination of slapstick comedy and amazing scientific experiments.  Joe the Magician promises illusion, laughter, and fun.

Siamsa Tíre’s Spring 2022 Events Guide is currently winging its way to houses and business throughout Kerry.

It contains everything you need to know about the exciting concerts, plays, comedy performances, family events, art exhibitions, and workshops that will take place in the theatre and arts centre in the new year. Visit www.siamsatire.com for booking details and further information.
