Bus transfers from Casement Station to Killarney, due to engineering works on the line, started yesterday.
IF you’re getting the train to or from Tralee in the next few weeks, you really need to know this information.
Due to engineering works between Killarney and Tralee, bus transfers will apply from January 25 to February 19, Monday to Friday.
It will affect weekday passengers on Dublin Heuston to Tralee services; Cork to Tralee services; Mallow to Tralee services; Tralee to Cork services; Tralee to Dublin services
and Tralee to Mallow services.
Here’s how it affects the Dublin Heuston to Tralee services:
The following services will operate as far as Killarney only and then continue on as a bus transfer between Killarney and Tralee, serving Farranfore.
17.05hrs Heuston – Tralee (Monday to Thursday only)
Cork to Tralee services:
The following services will operate as far as Killarney only and then continue on as a bus transfer between Killarney and Tralee, serving Farranfore.
06.45hrs Cork – Tralee (Tuesday to Friday only)
08.55hrs Cork – Tralee (Tuesday to Friday only)
20.55hrs Cork – Tralee (Monday to Thursday only)
Mallow to Tralee Services:
The following services will operate as far as Killarney only and then continue on as a bus transfer between Killarney and Tralee, serving Farranfore.
11.20hrs Mallow – Tralee
13.20hrs Mallow – Tralee
15.18hrs Mallow – Tralee (Monday to Thursday only)
17.25hrs Mallow – Tralee (Monday to Thursday only)
Tralee to Cork Services:
The following services will operate as a bus transfer as far as Killarney serving Farranfore and then continue as a train to Cork.
