PETROL prices have seen a sharp decline in the last week and Tralee is no different.
The price of petrol has now dipped below €1.20 a litre.
The price of crude oil combined with fluctuations in currency markets are contributing factors and to fill up your tank now costs less than it did last year when petrol prices hit a six year low nationally.

The cheapest price in town is €1.19.8 in the both Applegreen stations in Manor Village and Fairies Cross.
Just behind Applegreen, as they were last month, are Inver on the Castlemaine Road with a price of €1.19.9.
The joint third cheapest stations on €1.20.9 are – Top Horan Centre, Esso Clash, Esso NCR. The most expensive place to get your petrol is, Texaco, Oakpark – €1.24.9

Top in Caherslee are cheaper they were at 103.8 and 118.8 when passing at 3pm today. They seem to be the cheapest in town anytime I pass since they re-opened it.
