FRIDAY saw St John’s Church host two more Confirmation ceremonies to round off a busy week for local schools.
The weather hasn’t been playing ball all week for the big days and it was the same on Friday for sixth class pupils of CBS Primary, Blennerville NS and Derryquay NS as they arrived with their families to receive the sacrament.
Nevertheless, it was a special day for all with CBS Primary pupils being confirmed in the morning and the schools ‘west of the bridge’ in the afternoon. We hope they all had a wonderful day. Scroll down for photos…
