This house in Mitchels Avenue is well decorated in the green and gold.

A QUICK drive around the outskirts of town and in a few estates showed Tralee folk are making the effort to show their support for the Kerry teams.

We noticed while going through the Mitchels Road, that there were plenty of flags and bunting on view, so we decided to go left and right into Kevin Barry Villas, Mitchels Avenue and Hawley Park to see how they were preparing for the final.

The Mitchels crowd would never be found wanting on or off the pitch and there was great colour in all areas there, as well as out in Ballinorig and of course outside Austin Stack Park.

Elsewhere, Kerins O’Rahilly’s have put out the bunting, while Caherina Cross made a huge effort (see photos below).

None we saw compares to James Flynn’s house over on the Glenbeigh Road in Killorglin though.
