SEVEN Kerry properties will go under the hammer in Dublin next month at the latest Allsop Auction.

The lots will form part of Allsop’s biggest commercial property auction yet on September 8th and 10th, with 278 lots going under the hammer at a combined reserve value of €60 million, at the RDS.

One Tralee lot is included while the others are in Farranfore, Listowel, Killarney, Waterville, Ballybunion and Kenmare.

The property in Tralee is a first floor two-bedroomed apartment at 105 Fairway Heights, The Kerries, with the reserve not to exceed €55,000.

Over in Ballybunion, 17 The Brambles, a three bed semi-detached house has a reserve of €75,000.
