THERE was a great turnout at the Ballyroe Heights Hotel on Saturday as stylists from around the county battled it out at a fantastic charity event.
‘Rags To The Runway’,was a fashion event for anyone with an interest in thrift shopping, vintage clothes and fashion in general.
Stylists had the challenge of creating a five outfit collection, all from charity shops. The looks were worn by professional models and the audience voted for the best collection unaware as to who’s behind the collection.
Those present had the opportunity to purchase any looks after the show and all outfits sold said organiser, Ray Stack.
The night was a huge success and in the end Aine Wall was deemed the winner. The other stylists involved were Claire Murphy of Expose Beauty, Danny Leane of Annburys, Eileen Whelan of Paco, Rebecca Kemp from Rose of Tralee, Laura MacSweeny, Blogger & stylist and Jill Hannon of Hannons Castleisland.
