QUINLAN’S Seafood Bars in Tralee and Killarney have battered the opposition to make into a top ten list of best fish and chip shops in Ireland compiled by the Irish Daily Star.
The business – based in The Mall with sister outlets in Killarney and now in Cork – has beaten off competition from all over the nation claiming third spot and is the only Kerry chip shop to feature.
The creator of the list, Catherine Halloran of the Irish Daily Star, is full of praise for Quinlan’s locally sourced produce served up with quality fresh cut chips.
Quinlan’s has been a focal point in the town centre since they opened for business in The Mall two years ago.
Leo Burdock’s in Dublin was named at No.1 while The Saltee Chipper in Kilmore Quay came second. To see the full list click here.
