PART of a retail park in Manor East has been sold for over €3 million at private auction.
There were a number of bidders at the auction for the 10.23 acre site at Manor East held on Tuesday – overseen by Sherry Fitzgerald Stephenson Crean – and the site went for above the reserve.
The buyer of the site is unknown. It was bought by a solicitor acting on their behalf.
The 10.23 acre commercial site has an excellent mix of tenants including Suits Select, Bowling Buddies and BTS Fitness among other businesses who are unaffected by the sale. Over 2.5 acres of the site is unused at the moment.
