THE CH Chemists Christmas parade promises to be a feast of fun, colour and a spectacle to get you all into the Christmas spirit again this year when it arrives on November 25.

Filled with characters from Paw Patrol, The Little Mermaid, Sponge Bob, Princess Sofia and much more, the streets of Tralee will be alive with all your children’s favourites during an event which really kicks off Christmas in town.

This year will see the introduction of the Snow Characters from Street theatre company Artastic who are also very involved in the Rose of Tralee parade each year.

See the larger than life Snow King and Queen, Miss Eltoe the Snow Princess as magic snow falls on Tralee for this special afternoon.

Guest of Honour at the parade will be Jennifer Byrne the 2017 Rose of Tralee and the cast of this year’s Panto (Cinderella) at Siamsa Tire will also be present.

The highlight of the parade will be the arrival of the man himself Santa Claus along with Mrs Claus and the Elves. The Parade will arrive at CH at 2pm

The parade, which each year begins its planning in the middle of the  summer by the very enthusiastic team at CH Chemists, is guided by Oliver Hurley who is the creative director of the event.

Each year there are hours of planning and the creation of costumes and floats to enhance the visuals of the parade.

The parade has grown over the past six years and is now one of the main highlights on the streets of Tralee for families in the build up to Christmas.

Of course the end of the parade will also see the beginning of Santaland at CH. This brand-new experience at CH  is a must this Christmas.

Join them on a magical adventure through the enchanted fairy forest, where a fairy trail will  lead all the way to  Santa’s Log Cabin.

Follow the Fairy Princess through the golden gates of fairyland over the River of Dreams and onto the edge of the fairy meadow where the fairy tree will grant your Christmas wishes.

All  children will receive a gift and photo from the man himself. This interactive  experience is a must visit this Christmas for a truly magical treat.

Bookings for Santa can be made at www.chtralee.com – Santa opening hours begin from Saturday November 25th right up to Christmas Eve – Specific dates and times available on-line or in-store.
