Juveniles

U6: We had a fun session for 12 today & the rain stayed away. All the boys and girls are getting fitter & stronger & understanding why this is important. We tried some new running & catching & passing drills to improve catching a moving ball.
Finally a little match showed how the boys & girls are understanding the game better & getting the hang of defense & attack. Special mention to the most improved of the group today Dylan Passaway who really got stuck in in! Also to Ben who showed that hard work & determination paid off to make him a very deserving winner of the trophy today!
See you next week

U8: The Annual John Mitchels Blitz held last Saturday provided our under eight players with a busy day of challenging football and fun. In all our players had five go-games against Firies, Desmonds, Milltown/Castlemaine, John Mitchells and Austin Stacks respectively. Thanks to their parents for having them at the blitz and to those who were able to stay and support them.
