Seniors

St Pats seniors progressed to the final of the St Brendans Football Championship following their win over Ardfert mid-day last Sunday in Blennerville on a scoreline of 5-17 to 1-9. The home side was in control all through and led 3-11 to 1-4 at the short whistle. Fergal O’Brien (3) & David O’Callaghan & Brian Murphy (1each) were the goalscorers. Daithi Griffin scored Ardfert’s solitary goal, just before halftime. Mike Hennessy reffed the game. This victory ensures that we play the winners between Na Gaeil and Churchill in the final at a date yet to be decided.

Our last County League game of the year is this Sunday, the 17th of November in Blennerville at 2pm against Firies. A win will guarantee our division 3 status for next year so we urge all our supporters to come and cheer on the boys on Sunday.

Congratulations

Congratulations to Tralee CBS who won the Corn an Bhrathair Cholim Taft (15 A Football) final last Sunday against St Brendans Killarney on a score line of 3-09 to 1-08. And to our St Pats senior player, Liam O’Sullivan who was part of the management team.

Congratulations to East Kerry who are the Garvey’s Supervalu Senior Football Championship 2019 champions on their convincing win against Dr. Crokes last Sunday in Austin Stacks Park. No doubt they’ll be partying like its 1999!

Congratulations to the boys and girls that were invested into Blennerville Beaver and Cub Scouts last week.

Sympathy

The club would like to extend its sympathy to the families and friends of John Maunsell Castlegregory and Mary Anne O’Connor Oakpark Demesne.
