Lotto Appreciation

To thank our Lotto supporters for their continued support, we are adding some extra prizes to our weekly lotto for the three December draws prior to Christmas. For the draw on the 20th December, we will add a lucky dip winner for a Christmas hamper along with 2 lucky dip winners for three free entries to the following week’s lotto draw. These will be in addition to our normal five lucky dip winners of €30 and of course the draw for the jackpot which will be €3,600 for the 20th December draw. So make sure you have your lotto ticket for these draws and encourage family and friends to buy a St Pats Lotto ticket.

The winner of the Christmas hamper was Tommy O’Connor Ballyheigue.

The free Lotto entry winners were The Sheehy Twins Kilmoyley and John Fitzgerald online

Next week’s Lotto will have a Jackpot of €3600 and the draw will take place on Sunday night December 20th in The Clubhouse. Lotto tickets can be purchased online, from any club officer or at the following outlets: Seamus O’Sullivan Master Butchers, O’Shea’s Shop and Service Station, Poff Motors, Noyeks, Byrnesworth.

Many thanks to all who contribute to our weekly Club Lotto. The Club cannot emphasise enough the importance of our members promoting the Club Lotto among family, friends and work colleagues. The Covid-19 restrictions have seriously hampered our fundraising and income. The Lotto is now the critical and only source of funds for the Club. We are appealing to all club members to promote our lotto at this time as we are in dire need of funds to keep our club afloat.

AGM

Our AGM took place on Thursday last 10th December. As with the Covid restrictions the meeting took place on-line and it was well attended. We would like to thank our full committee of 2020 for their hard work and dedication throughout the year.

It was a highly unusual year due to the Covid pandemic however work still had to go on behind the scenes to ensure the club is run in an efficient manner. Chairman Jim Mulligan stepped down on the night with Terry Boyle stepping up to replace him.

The club are still looking for people to help out in finance, administration and coaching, so if anyone is willing to commit an hour a week, we would be delighted to have the person on board. If interested, please contact Club Secretary, Marie Fitzgibbon on secretary.stpatricksblennerville.kerry@gaa.ie
