There was no winner of our Club Lotto Jackpot on Sunday night last. The numbers drawn were 1, 10, 17 & 24. The five €30 consolation prizes went to Michael Lynch Curragraigue, Denise Allman Curraheen, Cathy O Grady Tonevane, Imelda O Sullivan Curraheen and Billy Hobbert O’Rahilly’s Villas. Next week’s Lotto will have a Jackpot of €4,000 and the draw will take place this Monday night December 28th in Keane ’s Bar. Lotto tickets are available from the usual outlets or any club officer.

The five €30 Christmas Meat Vouchers went to Anne McKenna The Spa, John Howard c/o Terry Boyle, Terry and Annette Boyle Derrymore, Bridget Boyle Derrymore and Paula O Sullivan Ballyrickard.

Jimmy Duffy Memorial Cycle 2016:

Calling all cyclists, dust down the bikes as the Jimmy Duffy Memorial Cycle takes place Saturday, January 9th at 11:00am from St. Pat’s GAA Club, Blennerville.

The cycle will travel to Castleisland town centre and home followed by deserved refreshments, tea and coffee in Quanes Bar Blennerville. Enquiries to Maurice Hanafin @ (087)2998206 and George Poff @ (087)6814799.Unfortunately due to the provision of Insurance and Ambulance, a fee of €5 per person to a maximum of €15 per family will be charged on the day.

Registration will commence from 10:00am. See you there. This is a fun cycle led by a pace car.

The celebrations will continue on Saturday night with anniversary Mass in Curraheen at 8pm, a music session in Quane’s Bar, where hot food & refreshments will be served. Keep the date free & come out to celebrate the memory of local man Jimmy Duffy. All are welcome.
