A STATUS Yellow rain warning is in place for Kerry until later on Saturday tonight.
Met Éireann says there will be persistent and at times heavy rain which may lead to localised flooding, dangerous road conditions and disruption to travel.
The warning is valid from 8am to 8pm this evening. Looking at the Met.ie predicted rainfall radar, it looks like the rain arrived in the Tralee area at around 6am with frequent showers forecast until around 3pm.
It should be mostly dry for the late afternoon and into the night. Sunday will be a dry and occasionally sunny day with temperatures around 16 degrees.
