ONE wristband is all that’s needed to see Nathan Carter, Hometown, Hudson Taylor, Riptide Movement, Sharon Shannon, Damien Dempsey, the Kilfenora Céilí Band and others live on Denny Street during the Rose of Tralee International Festival.

And now X Factor favourites ‘Only The Young’ have been added to the bill after scheduled act, Stereo Kicks, announced they were breaking up last week.

The Wristbands, unveiled by some of this year’s Roses, will only be handed to the holders of multi-tickets which are only available from www.RoseofTralee.ie and Byrnesworth, The Square Tralee for only €25.

The General Manager of the Rose of Tralee, Oliver Hurley, said: “We are encouraging the people of Tralee and the wider county of Kerry to support their local festival by purchasing a Wristband to wear it with pride throughout the festival. All monies raised from the sale of these tickets will be invested back into the Festival. Wristbands are the way forward and the system is already common practice at other festivals around Ireland. We are offering a top quality programme of Street and Dome entertainment at this year’s Rose of Tralee for only €25 with lots of free entertainment for all the family throughout festival week. The system is simple – buy a Multi-ticket for €25, exchange it for a Wristband when you show up for your first concert, enjoy the event and support your local festival.”
