KERRY County Council’s Tourism Unit in association with the Destination Kerry Tourism Forum is hosting a one-day showcase of the Kerry tourism product on Wednesday, April 20 at the Malton Hotel, Killarney.
The showcase – which is open to anyone in the local tourism industry – aims to create a greater awareness of the major attractions in the county including all activities, facilities, accommodation and services, where they are located and when and how they are accessed.
”This will be a unique opportunity for those in the tourism industry to network with other tourism stakeholders in the county,” said Joan McCarthy of Kerry County Council’s Tourism Unit.
Those who should attend included tourism attraction owners and staff; activity and adventure providers; festival organisers; tourism product providers; accommodation providers; tourism groups and tourism promoters.
“This is an opportunity for people in the sector to meet other tourism providers, share experiences and network on a one-to-one basis,” said Joan McCarthy.
Participation in the event is free, but registration, including the completion of an online booking form, is essential and required. Registration can be made through Eventbrite, using the link https://ktnsevent.eventbrite.ie. Registrations will be accepted until 5pm on Monday, 11 April 2016.
