Under 15 Competition:

Great win for our U15’s in the north Kerry championship last week. The lads showed great skill and plenty of heart to beat a very skillful Lixnaw team. Match report to follow.  Next under 15 game is to be played Thursdaynight the 18th, details will be texted by mentors.

Under 14 NK:

Tralee Parnells under 14 team had a win over Kilmoyley Sunday the 7th, 3-14 to 2-11. It was a solid team performance and we wish the team luck now in their upcoming North Kerry B final.

Parnells Big Blitz:

Tralee Parnells Big Blitz Day is coming soon.  To kick off All-Ireland Hurling Final weekend, Tralee Parnells will host a Hurling and Camogie Big Blitz day on Saturday, September 3rd, at John Mitchels G.A.A. Grounds.  Keep an eye on social media for further details to follow.

Health and Wellbeing Theme Day:

The GAA Community and Health Department are promoting the #littlethings for the Health and Wellbeing Theme Day on August 28^th in Croke Park for the All Ireland Football Semi Finals. The #littlethings campaign highlights that we all experience difficult times in our lives, and that when we do, there are some evidence-based little things that can make a big difference to how we feel. We have partnered with the HSE for our theme day to provide a highly visible and exciting way to encourage and normalise discussion around mental health and fitness.  

Upcoming Committee Meeting:

Next Meeting Monday 22nd of August at 8.30pm.  Main agenda item is planning the Parnells Big Blitz Day.

 

Parnells Cúl Camp:

Good luck to all those on the Parnells Cúl Camp from the 15th to 19 of August.
