Noel McAuliffe uploaded a poetical tribute the UFC fighter, Conor McGregor.

A TRALEE-BASED musician has written, voiced and uploaded quite the epic lyrical tribute to UFC star Conor McGregor ahead of his massive bout against Chad Mendes in Las Vegas this weekend.

Noel McAuliffe, from Knocknagoshel but living here in town, is obviously a massive fan of the Dublin-born fighter and in the clip describes the qualities and fear that McGregor brings to the sport.

“Confidence embedded within this solid frame, opponent’s nightmares realised, they shudder at his name,” says Noel in the clip.

Noel goes on to describe the fighter as ‘Eire’s proudest son’.

McGregor will be squaring off against Chad Mendes in the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas on the night of Saturday, July 11.

If he needs any more motivation for the fight, all he needs to do is sit and watch Noel’s clip below.
