Linda Lawlor passed away at Kerry General Hospital on Tuesday night.
THE young woman who suffered a fall in a Tralee house at the weekend sadly passed away on Tuesday night.
The family of Linda Lawlor (32) made the decision to turn off the life support machine on Tuesday night and decided to donate her organs in the hope that the lives of others could be saved.
Linda, from Ballyheigue, tripped and fell down a stairs at a house in Caheranne Village at around 12.30am on Sunday morning.
Gardaí and emergency services were called to the scene where she received treatment for head injuries and was then rushed to the KGH Emergency Unit, where she was placed on life support.
A mother of one, she had been studying for a Masters in Business at the ITT and was very popular in her home village, where the community has rallied around her family during their time of mourning.
