Zoe’s World: Thanks Tralee For Being Such A Great Community

Zoe 1I HAVE never been one for the mushy stuff.

I shirk away from all movies that step too far into the cringe zone, but even though it is totally out of character for me, I do believe in the power of a community.

(I did warn you about the cringe factor to this article, be prepared.)

I think that Tralee is a prime example for the word community. I will admit that I am little bit biased on the matter, but anyway.

If anyone ever needs any help with anything, whether it be something charity related or not, everyone pools together and comes out in support.

On a day to day basis, we usually see it among friends. If we are lucky enough to belong to a community of our own little friend group.

I know that a little alone time can be good for the soul and all, but how great does it feel when all your friends rally around when you need them.

Even if it’s as simple as going to the bathroom together (pretty sure that’s just a girl thing, but anyways) it can really make a difference to feel like you belong.

Recently in Tralee, an adventure race was held called B-wildered. It was a great success, not only thanks to the people who organised it, but also to the people participated in it. There were no lone rangers on the course, it was all friends helping friends.

Friends who were literally pulling each other out of the dirt.

People in your community, no matter where you are, can make you feel at home. I have seen it countless times, at all the different charity fashion shows and gigs that I have attended over the years.

You can always rely on the people in your community to have your back; to show up at that function that you are running, to come with you when you have to go on that bathroom break.

To support you, no matter what you need them for. Thanks Tralee for being such a great community in which to live and grow up.
