Gardaí Appeal For Witnesses To Separate Incidents Of Robbery And Assault

.

GARDAI in Tralee are appealing for witnesses or any information in relation to two separate incidents of robbery and assault.

On Sunday, June 27 at 8.50pm, a woman entered the shop at Kellihers Garage in Rathass. She said she was armed with a gun and demanded cigarettes from the staff.

The staff feared for their safety and handed over the cigarettes to the woman who then left the scene. While the incident occurred some weeks ago, Gardaí are still appealing for witnesses.

.

Also, gardai are also appealing for information in relation to an alleged assault in town last Tuesday, August 3.

At 12.30am, a man was reported to have received a punch to the face in an unprovoked attack. Gardaí say the streets were busy at the time so if anyone witnessed the incident, they are asked to contact Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.

Credit Union Division 1 County League Final

Kerins O Rahillys. 1-02

Dingle 2-16

The Division 1 County league Final took place in Paddy Kennedy Park Annascaul last Sunday . It turned out to be a very disappointing afternoon for the men in blue, as Dingle ran out easy winners in a contest that was decided long before the final whistle blew.
Following two early unsuccessful efforts from frees , Dingle raced into an early lead , a lead they would not relinquish .

The victors added to their tally as the half continued and led five points to one at the first half water break.
They continued their dominance and led 1-9 to -01 at the half time break, with our solitary point coming from a Barry John Keane free.
The second half saw little improvement from our point of view as Dingle added to their tally at will, while we continued to struggle. Dingle appeared to be the hungrier side winning almost every breaking ball and controlling matters in every position.

Midway through the second half a speculative ball into the square from Danial Bowler was well fetched by Gavin O Brien who found Cian Sayers and he finished to the Dingle net. This was to be one of the few highlights in an otherwise forgettable afternoon. Our only other score coming from Conor Hayes .

While we were comprehensively beaten the score would have be much more were it not for three or four great saves from Shane Foley in the O’Rahillys goal.
Even though we were short a number of regulars due to injury and inter county commitments , management will be disappointed with the below par performance from the players on show.

Team S Foley, D Buckley , P Begley, D McElligott, S Collins, C Coffey, C Sayers(1 Goal) G O Brien,T Hoare,G Savage,J Savage,S McElligott,G Dillane,BJ Keane(1f) C Hayes (1).
Subs used: D O Sullivan for G Dillane,R O Callaghan for S McElligott,D Bowler for R O Callaghan (inj),C O Sullivan for G Savage, A Lacey for C Hayes.

Na Gaeil GAA Club News

.

Seniors    Na Gaeil seniors have a break from competitive football until Kerry make an exit from the All Ireland series. Hopefully that will not happen until the end of this month. The first game then will be the 2020 Intermediate semi final against Beaufort.

U15    Last Wednesday evening on Aug 3rd, our U15 boys had their first game in the Kelliher’s Toyota sponsored Central Region Division. 3League, when they hosted Ballymac. Ballymac played with the wind in the first half and led at the first water break by 1-03 to 0-03.

The second quarter followed a similar pattern with the visitors again edging it by two points, leaving them ahead at halftime by five points. Na Gaeil 0-07, Ballymac 2-06.

Na Gaeil upped their game in the third quarter and out-scored Ballymac by
two points to cut the deficit to just three points at the water break. However, two goals by Ballymac early in the final quarter were decisive and despite our best efforts they ran out winners on a final score of Na Gaeil: 1-18; Ballymac: 7-08.

Next up is another home game next Wednesday night when we welcome Kerins O’Rahillys to Killeen. Training continues on Monday, Friday and Sunday. Team: Iarla O hAiniféin, Jamie Schoenmaker, Jeaic Canty, Ruadhan Clifford, Peter Doyle, Ruairí O hAiniféin, Conor Lucey, Seán Barrett, Oisín O’Sullivan, Kevin O’Donoghue, Liam Cooper, Dara Cunningham, Paddy McElligott, Jack Costello, Seán Morris, Daragh Morris, Dylan McEneaney, Fionn Heaslip, Fionn O’Brien, Sean Warr.

U13    Our U13 boys were in action on Sunday in Round 3 of the County League. The White Team was away to Listowel Emmet’s. It was another great performance by the lads, but Listowel Emmet’s finished strongly to win the game on a scoreline of Na Gaeil: 4-05; Listowel Emmet’s: 5-11.

The Green Team was at home to Ballyduff. This was a close contest, with Na Gaeil up a point at half time. Still leading going into the final quarter Ballyduff failed to get the required scores due to some fantastic defensive play by our lads. Up front we got some excellent points to finish the game two points up. Final score: Na Gaeil 4-10; Ballyduff 5-05.

U11    Our Green and White teams hosted Milltown/Castlemaine on Thursday evening. Conditions were poor but our lads played very well. The U11 Gold Team put on a great display against John Mitchels on Sunday morning.

U7    Our U7 footballers welcomed Ardfert to Killeen on Sunday morning and played a series of fun games which both sets of players thoroughly enjoyed.

Summer Camp    Na Gaeil ran a very successful summer camp last week in Killeen with record numbers attending and enjoying a feast of football activities. Thanks to all our young footballers that attended. We also extend a big thank you to the co-ordinators and to all our wonderful coaches who made this such an enjoyable experience for our stars of the future.

Semi Final    At the time of writing we are not sure if this game is going ahead, but if it is, we wish Jack Barry, Diarmuid O’Connor and the Kerry senior football team the very best of luck in their All Ireland semi final clash against Tyrone on Sunday next in Croke Park.

Sympathy    We offer our sincere sympathy to the Lynch family, Oakpark on the sad passing of Mary Lynch. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h-anam dílis. We also offer our condolences to Donie O’Leary of the Kerry Supporters Club on the recent passing of his brother Denis. May he rest in peace.

Lotto     Our Lotto draw was held on Tuesday last August 3rd.  Numbers drawn were: 3, 7, 10, 28, 32. There was no winner of the jackpot. €20 Lucky Dip winners were Michael Moriarty, Liosdara, Evan Crean, Racecourse Lawn, Phil & Alan Casey, Oakpark Demesne, Tim Lynch, Forge Cross and Janice O’Sullivan, C/O Na Gaeil. Next week’s jackpot is €5,050.

Tea and Coffee     Teas, coffees, hot chocolate, drinks and snacks are served every Sunday morning on our outdoor terrace at the clubhouse during our Juvenile Academy sessions. We look forward to seeing you there!

Clothes Collection     There is now a Clothes Collection Bin situated in Na Gaeil car park for use by all members of the public.

Kerry V Tyrone Game Postponed To Following Weekend

.

THE Kerry v Tyrone All-Ireland semi-final has been put back six days and will take place on Saturday, August 21 (time to be confirmed).

It was due to take place next Sunday, August 15, but due to an outbreak of COVID-19 cases in the Tyrone camp, the GAA has decided to postpone it to the following weekend.

Coiste na nÓg:

This Week in the Coiste na nÓg:

The week started off with our U9 boys making the trip to Lewis Road to face Dr Crokes in the latest of their Go Games. It was another fantastic showing from the boys and in particular their teamwork was a highlight of the evening. Some great scoring and equally strong defending also on show.

Our U15 side travelled to Castleisland to play a strong Desmonds side in the Central Region. It was not to be our U15s night but as always they did not lack in effort, they will travel to Churchill this week on Wednesday evening.

Our U11s faced another strong team in Na Gaeil on Thursday and worked hard against the tough opposition. A great effort from our U11 sides who look forward to another trip this time to Kilcummin on Wednesday evening.

Finishing a busy week for our U9s before they take a break for next weeks Cut Camps was a short trip to neighbouring Keel. Both teams must be commended on some fantastic football on the night despite difficult weather conditions. Some fantastic skills and teamwork was on show from our U9s once again.

A absolutely fantastic morning was had last Sunday in Beaufort as our U6 & U7 teams played 4 different games against our hosts. All players on both teams had lots of fun, played very well and for some it was their first game ever. Well done to all the boys and girls on both teams and their fantastic coaches. A special word of thanks to Beaufort GAA and especially to head coach Katie O’Sullivan for organising the games.

In a preview of what was to come on Sunday for our senior team our U13 White Team had a great win 2-12 to 0-05 on the same field as Sundays victory. Well done to the players on a great win and performance.

The following evening our U13 Green Team were also on the road, this time to Glenflesk and again produced a great performance to get the win by a score of 3-12 to 2-07.

Senior Team:

Recovery Haven ‘Celebration Of Light’ Ceremony To Take Place Online

CANCER support charity, Recovery Haven Kerry, will stream its annual Celebration of Light ceremony live on its Facebook page on Thursday, August 19 at 8pm.

The charity is inviting the public to join with them for the virtual ceremony, which aims to celebrate those touched by cancer and remember those we have lost.

While disappointed that the event cannot take place in person, organisers have ensured that the uniqueness of this poignant event remains at the heart of the online ceremony, with all the usual prayers, readings and blessings remaining.

Continued below…

.

Similar to last year’s online event, the ceremony will feature contributions from Recovery Haven founder, Marian Barnes, the charity’s patron Dick Spring, 2019 Kerry Rose Sally Anne Leahy and Rose Hotel owner and valued Recovery Haven supporter, Eibhlín Henggeler.

The virtual event, which has been beautifully compiled by the Ballymac CE scheme, will again be MC’d by Sean Lyons and will also feature a performance from the Kerry Choral Union.

The emotional release of candles and stones will also form part of the celebration from Banna Strand, with the valued support of Banna Sea Rescue.

Organisers are now inviting the people of Kerry to join them on Facebook at 8pm on August 19 for what promises to be a truly special virtual experience.

The charity is also encouraging supporters and followers to be part of the ceremony by lighting a candle in their home on the night.

Special Celebration of Light candles are currently on sale at Recovery Haven at 5 Haig’s Terrace, Tralee and are also available at Super Valu in Castleisland, Listowel and Killorglin and at both Mods & Minis stores in Killarney.

“Because people cannot be with us in person and release their candles into the water as they traditionally would have, we would love for them to light a candle in their home with us,” said Recovery Haven PR & Marketing office, Marisa Reidy.

“If they wish, they can also take a photo and tag Recovery Haven on Facebook so we can share and acknowledge their valued participation.”

Juvenile Academy

U5’s: An engaged and enthusiastic group of girls and boys took part in a great session. The cooler dry weather made for high energy training, excellent passing and movement skills as well as some high catching and kicking were on display.

Saoirse Higgins had put in serious work this week and very much deserved player of the week.

U7’s:  A great turn out for training this morning ahead of our go games next Sunday in Ardfert at 10

We played plenty of football and went through skills needed for games.

We even welcomed back a few players who were on holidays and a few new players turned up too

A big thanks to Paudi, John, Fizzy, Noel and Paul
Players of the week were Emma Higgins and Eanna Sheehan

U9’s: We had great numbers this morning and the boys were full of energy. We practiced our hand passing and kicking before we played 2 games. All 4 teams were very competitive, players to catch the eye were Dylan Murphy, Bruce McMillan, Paddy Costello, Oscar Curran, and James O Riordan. Congrats to our two players of the week; Flynn Howard whose attitude was superb and Thomas Higgins who’s tackling was a great example to his team. We will play Cromane next Sunday at 12.30 in Blennerville.

U8 & 10 Girls: The under 8’s girls were very small group so they joined the under 7’s with Liam Poff’s Pod. Senior player Emma Gilbride moved up to under 10’s and showed us great football skills today.

We started with a few fundamental movement games followed by basic drills, maintaining possession and trying to gain possession.

This was followed by a mini-match for the first ten minutes, the girls were only allowed score by charging through a narrow gap while maintaining ball possession.

For the last ten minutes we player a proper match and the girls showed fantastic football skills.

Welcome to Sofia Ladjuscenkova on her first day at St. Pats, while she never played football before, she showed great interest in it today and won player of the week with her enthusiasm.

Keep up with practising at home girls! Games coming up in the next couple of weeks.

U11’s: Our u11 side had a return to their Go games last Thursday evening away to Asdee-Ballylongford. It was our first game of phase 2 of the Lee Strand Co League Go Games. With many of our players on well-deserved holiday breaks we travelled with depleted numbers.

Both teams fielded what turned out to be evenly match teams providing the spectators with a very competitive and keenly contested match. The St Pats team played very well for most of the game in dry and windy conditions. Some great forward play and point scoring was demonstrated by Sam, Jake, Paddy, Alannah and Ethan.

Rylan who had a good first half as goalkeeper turned poacher for the second half scoring three wonderful goals which were added to by Stephen with another hat-trick. Of course our defence had to withstand some very good attacking play from the Asdee/Ballylongford team with Sarah, James, Bruce, Aisling and Eddie in goals for the second half defending stoutly.

Go Games while played in a competitive manner don’t form part of an overall competition and there is no provision made to publish scores. These games provide the opportunity for all of our Under-11 players to play in competitive games in a manner which helps the players to develop without having the pressure to qualify for semi-finals, finals, etc.

We returned to St Pats pitch for our training session on Sunday morning. We began the session with some drills to work on hand-passing, and evasion. The focus was to make the player in possession look for an unmarked player. We followed these with a practice game where only hand-passing was allowed.

We want our players to work on their hand pass accuracy and improve the speed they move the ball in play. We finished the session with a full game and we could see an improvement in players movement to get away from their marker and running into free space to receive a pass. Rylan, Sean, Aidan, Charlie and Thomas impressed the coaches with their work rate and eye for goal. Keep up the practice at home, especially the solo and high catch.

The Go games resume this Thursday at home to Gneeveguilla. Training will resume on Sunday, at the earlier time of 10:30 at St Pat’s club grounds in Blennerville V92 RH98.

A reminder to parents that all players are to have a gum shield and to wear it at matches and training and to register on www.foireann.ie

U12 Girls: The U12 girls worked on the hop and solo and kick passes in training today. We started off with some fun warm up games followed by skill specific drills. They focused on attacking and defending principles, communication and getting into space in small-sided games. We finished off with a full game with both teams working well on the ball up the pitch and scoring. All girls played well and are improving each week.

Congratulations to Sarah Greaney on receiving player of the week. It was well deserved after her hard work and enthusiasm each week.

U13’s: Our U13’s trained last Friday evening with the U15’s in the rain. Well done to all who attended. There is no game this Sunday or Sunday week. Next game is away to Duagh on Monday 16 August at 7pm. Training continues this Tuesday at 6pm.

U15’s: We kicked off our U15 Kellihers Garage Central Region competition last Wednesday evening in Blennerville with a loss to Stack’s B. After a tentative start by both teams, the visitors went 2 points up after 12 minutes and we responded with a point from Killian O’Mahony. Unfortunately, they stuck in a goal after our defence was cut open just before the first water break. The period after this was one of our best moments in the match, scoring 1-5 with Darragh Murphy finding the net but our mistakes were constantly punished by the opposition who looked hungrier and sharper in front of goals as they led 3-5 to 1-5 at half-time.

In the second half, we tried to make amends with our players committing upfront and we did have moments of great play and scored some great points but that meant that our defence was open, and we were faced with 1 v 2, 1 v 3 situations which they capitalised on. Leo Keane scored a goal for us late in the game, but it was not enough as Stacks won comfortably on a scoreline of 7-9 to 2-13.

We had a combined training session last Friday under very wet conditions with our U13s and we have a bye this Wednesday. We will either have a training session or a challenge match. We will communicate to the parents closer to the day.

U16 Girls: Training continues twice weekly.

Minors

Best of luck to our minors who will play Laune Rangers B in the semi-finals of the Minor Football League, Division 11 on Thursday 19 August at 7pm in Killorglin. There will be extra time and a winner on the day.

Kerry Petroleum Junior Premier Football Championship

The draws were made last Thursday, and we are in Group 1 with Brosna, the winners between Annascaul and Castlegregory who are yet to complete 2020’s Junior Final and Keel.

As with last year, the group stages will depend on how far Kerry progress in the current 2021 All-Ireland competition.

Also, venues for Group stages will be the same as per previous years i.e. one home, one away & one neutral. Except where the CCC agrees to make an exception, a club that refuses to host a neutral club championship game will automatically lose their home game.

Congratulations/Best wishes

Best wishes to current senior player and U9 trainer, David O’Callaghan and Clare Daly ahead of their big day this Friday.

Congratulations to David O’Brien and Anna Buckley who got married recently.

U15 Boys

We wish our Gold team every success on Wednesday next the 11/08/21 when they play Annascaul/Lispole at home at 7pm

The Blue team have a Bye this week .

U13

Our Blue team had a great win on Sunday(8/8/21) over old foes Listowel Emmets reversing the result from Phase One.

The boys dug deep right from the very start with Captain Sean Martin leading by example with some lovely scores in the first quarter.

At half time we were two points up, playing some lovely football.

The boys dug deep and believed in themselves and every one of them stood up and played their hearts out. In the final quarter Listowel upped the pressure but Ballymac could sense victory and kept putting in the tackles and managed to hit the back of the net a few times. Final score Ballymac 5-11 Listowel 3-07.

The lads showed great character and determination on Sunday tonight to secure a deserved win.

The Gold team faced a strong Miltown/Castlemaine side and despite their best efforts lost out on a 2-11 to 0-5 scoreline.

U12 Girls

The U12 camogie Amber team.

The U12 Amber Camogie team had a very busy week, playing Ballyduff away on Wednesday and Sliabh Luachra at home on Sunday.

The team lost out to a strong Ballyduff side but came out on the right side of the result to Sliabh Luachra.

As the team have won three of their five County League games they will be busy over the next few weeks preparing for the Semi-final.  It is great to see the development and growing confidence in this group of players. Great progress to be seen all around the field.

Congratulations
Congratulations to Shauna Harris, Grainne Diggin, Lana O’Connell and Jessica O’ Loughlin who were part of the Kerry U16 camogie panel who beat Limerick in the B final in the Munster Camogie Blitz in Ballyduff at the weekend.

Congratulations also to Alice O’Connell and Grainne Leahy who played with the other Kerry Camogie team who played in Shannon at the weekend.

Minor Hurlers
Tralee Parnells faced Abbeydorney in the County Minor Hurling League Division 2 Final in Crotta on Saturday evening.

Having won all of their games in the League, the Parnells boys would have gone into the game as slight favourites, but there was only a puck of a ball between them and their opponents when they met in an earlier round of the league, so a close game was very likely.

On a damp and windy evening, Parnells had the benefit of the wind in the first half and their captain and midfielder Cathal Concagh got their first point with a good score from play.

Abbeydorney replied with a free from Calum O’Sullivan but Parnells were winning the lions share of the possession.

Jack Doyle converted a 65 and Colm Browne and Doyle had points from play. Abbeydorney got their first goal when a quickly taken free found O’Sullivan who finished to the net. Parnells had a number of goal chances of their own but just weren’t clinical enough in front of goal.

A wonderful catch and strike by Andrew Kerins, who had earlier converted a free, kept Parnells in front, but Abbeydorney were staying in touch with points from Jack Hannon, Ruari Hanafin and a free from Peter Hinchcliffe. A good score from play by Darragh Maloney and another point from Doyle meant Parnells had a narrow lead at half time. HT Parnells 0-8 Abbeydorney 1-4.

Parnells faced the stiff breeze in the second half and indiscipline meant that Abbeydorney pulled ahead with 3 frees from O’Sullivan. Abbeydorney struck for their 2nd goal when a misplaced clearance found midfielder Kian Sheehan and he finished well to the net with a great one handed strike.

Gary Lynch kicked a point for Parnells when a goal looked more likely and despite a good patch after the 2nd water break, the wides mounted up for Parnells. With Eddie Sheehy now in midfield, Parnells pressed forward but the Abbeydorney defence held firm. Doyle added 2 further points from frees, but in truth, goals were what was required.

Despite a missed penalty, Abbeydorney added a few more points before the final whistle to close out the match. Parnells will reflect on what was a game they could have won had they taken all their chances. Full Time: Tralee Parnells 0-11 Abbeydorney 2-11

County Championships
The dates for the Intermediate and Junior Championships were recently announced.  Tralee Parnells play Ardfert away in the preliminary round of the Intermediate Championship on 17th August.  The first Junior match is due to take place on 28th August at home against Duagh.

UNDER 7 BOYS & GIRLS
Following last week’s go games 59 of our future football stars lined out for training on a sunny Sunday morning.

After a brief warm up they were put into groups and each and every one continued to show significant improvement in all their footballing skills. To assist some of the coaches treated the children to an exhibition in soloing which was greeted with rapturous applause.

Training continues each Sunday from 11am. Please keep practicing at home.
Newcomers always welcome.
Do not forget to fill out the return to play form before each session.

U8/U10 GIRLS
On a beautiful warm morning in Ballyseedy, there was a good turnout of players for u8 and u10 girls training.

After spending the previous two weekends playing games, it was good to get back to the training ground, and the session started with a discussion with the girls about what they learned during their matches.

We then moved onto a number of high-paced skills and drills to help with areas of play that the coaches felt needed to be worked on.

This was well received by the girls, who were very competitive throughout the training session and could see that the work they were doing on the training pitch was of use during game situations.

Throughout the game, Caoimhe, Ava, Karolina, Aine, Roisin, Nicole, Natalia, Aine, Aideen, Aeibhín, Síun, Ally, Peggy, Ava, Amberleigh and Sophie all worked hard and we finished the game with a possession, hand-passing game which saw some excellent tackling and defensive work.

The teams are planning a trip to Blennerville on Saturday Evening next to play St Pats. Details will be sent to parents during the week. We would love as many players as possible to turn up.
Do not forget to fill out the return to play form before each session.

John Mitchel’s U11 Boys were in action in Killarney last Thursday evening with 2 challenge games against Dr Crokes. Mitchel’s had a fantastic turn out & played with great passion against a skilled Crokes side. Our thanks to Dr Crokes for being great hosts & we look forward to a return game soon. Training for U11 Boys continues every Sunday Morning in our Academy from 10.15am All Newcomers Welcome.

UNDER 13 BOYS
On Friday evening our gold team took on Dr Crokes in a very wet Ballyseedy. Playing with the wind in the first half, we enjoyed plenty of possession but couldn’t translate to scores and Crokes were very much in the game at the half time break.

Our lads knew a strong defensive effort was needed in the 2nd half and the Golds really shut up shop, limiting Crokes scoring opportunities. At the other end two well taken goals gave us a hard earned six-point win at the finish.
FINAL SCORE
John Mitchel’s Gold – 5-3
Dr Crokes  2-6

A more benign evening weather wise lay in store for the Greens on Sunday evening, but no less a challenge from a Dr Crokes side who had run Laune Rangers close in the previous round.

From the start we dominated possession but repeatedly failed to push the advantage home on the scoreboard, giving the Killarney men a platform to get themselves into the game with two well taken goals. The sides were level at half time 1-4 to 2-1.

A similar pattern emerged in the second half, again we dominated possession but a combination of tenacious defending and poor options by the Greens was leaving the door open for Crokes. Pressure eventually told though and we picked off some nice scores to run out comfortable winners in the end.

John Mitchel’s Green 4-8
Dr Crokes 2-3
Training continues this Monday (5.30-6.30), Tuesday and Thursday

Company To Create 20 New Jobs In Kerry

.

A HOME care company is creating 20 new jobs in Kerry.

Home Instead, which already has a 4,000-strong caregiver team working across every county in Ireland, is recruiting for 20 additional caregivers in Kerry, as part of its recruitment of 1,000 additional caregivers, who will be hired across the country.

Home Instead delivers essential home care to almost 7,000 clients across every county in Ireland, and has been building its caregiving team over the past 12 months, with 1,000 new roles also announced in 2020.

Continued below…

.

Home Instead’s caregivers deliver a range of relationship-based non-medical care services to older people.

Commenting on the announcement, Tim Healy, Managing Director of Home Instead in Kerry said: “The Covid-19 pandemic has highlighted the vital support that caregivers provide to their clients and the link they provided to the outside world to those they were caring for.

“We’re tremendously proud of our caregiving team, and the work that they do to keep older people safe and well. We know that where possible older people want to continue living independent lives in their own homes and in their own communities.

“In the years ahead, Ireland, like so many countries, will face the challenge of an ageing population. Home care can play an increasingly important role in providing care to our oldest and most vulnerable citizens.

“For the vast majority of older people, ageing at home has better health outcomes, is less expensive than institutional care, and can help prevent unnecessary or premature admission to long-term residential care.”

Chief Operating Officer of Home Instead, Shane Jennings said: “The number of people over the age of 65 in Ireland is expected to reach 1.4 million by 2040, with even greater growth expected in the population aged 80 and over. This change has the potential for the biggest impact on health services overall.

“As life expectancy increases in Ireland, so too does the need for quality home care – and quality home carers, the new jobs we are creating will help us to build our caregiving workforce of the future, and is also testament to the hard work of our Caregivers and team in Kerry and in our 25 offices around the country.

Home Instead’s reward and remuneration package includes competitive rates of pay with higher rates at weekends, ongoing professional development opportunities, 24-hour support and local benefit schemes to suit local carer needs nationwide.

These jobs are currently being offered nationwide. For more information, see Home Instead’s website here.
