A GROUP of local cyclists endured the tough 3 day Circuit of Kerry back in June covering over 600 km and 6000m of climbing to raise €5000 for the Kerry/Cork Health Link Bus.
It’s a charity that is close to the heart of many of the group as they have family members who have availed of the vital services over the years.
A cheque for €5,000 was presented to Breda Dyland Cork /Kerry Health Link Bus last week.
“I would like to thank everyone who cycled the Circuit of Kerry. This fundraising means a great deal to our charity and to our service users as we are not in receipt of government, HSE or Irish Cancer funding,” said Breda Dyland.
