PEIL FAOI 8: (i) More football at 11am on Sunday next i bPáirc Chathair Sailí. (ii) Thursday night football is being really enjoyed by all and will continue this Thursday (26ú) at 5.45pm i bPáirc Uí Chonghaile. We hosted this week’s very successful Blitz Peile.
PEIL FAOI 10: More Fernane Cup and Galvin Cup games on Thursday (5.45pm) in Connolly Park. These games are worth going to see! We hosted this week’s most enjoyable Under 10 Football Blitz.
FAOI 12: (i) Our Under 12 boys will train on Tuesday and on Thursday from 5.30pm to 6.45pm i bPáirc na mBan Rialta nó i bPáirc an Easpaig, Connolly Park. (ii) In the U12 Boys Divisions 2A and 2B of the Co. League we were at home to Listowel Emmets on Sunday last (22nd) and had two good victories! Well done, boys! (iii) The U12 Boys (Division 5) played as baile v An Ghaeltacht on Sunday May 22nd.
PEIL FAOI 13: The Naomh Mearnóg club in Portmarnock (Dublin) have invited our Under 13 boys to be part of their inaugural tournament on June 11th. This will be a big adventure for our lads (i) because we will be representing Kerry at this tournament and (ii) because the Portmarnock club is taking a novel approach in accommodating all their visitors by setting up a campsite on their club grounds. FÉILE NA nGAELSCOILEANNA: After 2 days of football at Féile Peile Gael-Linn, which was held in Béal Átha an Ghaorthaidh i nGaeltacht Mhuscraí, Co. Chorcaí, Tralee’s Gaelscoil Mhic Easmainn emerged as champions for the third year in a row! Trí cinn as a chéile, ambaiste! They challenged gaelscoils from various parts of Munster and defeated a Corca Dhuibhne combination in the final. Bhí 150 peileadóir (buachaillí is cailíní) páirteach sa chomórtas. Is iad seo a leanas Na Stacaigh a bhí ar phainéal na gaelscoile: Heather Nic Conmara, Ella Nic Gabhann, Vivienne Ní Dhuinnín, Sorcha Ní Luasaigh (Lucid). Mná na Stacach Abú! B’iad an Máistir Colm Ó hAiniféin agus An Máistir Déaglán Ó Cuill a bhí i mbun na traenála.
FINAL FAOI 14: (i) Among The Rock players who won the Division 1 County League final with a 5-2 victory over the Killarney ‘Black’n’Ambers’, were Adam Curran, Cian Purcell, James Fernane, Shane Bastible, Greg Scanlon, Mervyn Shalemba and Ben Quilter. (ii) We’ll train on Wednesday from 5.15pm to 6.45pm and on Sunday from 4pm to 5.30pm in Connolly Park. This is a gifted group of great grafters!
FÉILE PEILE NA nÓG: This year’s Under 14 Féile will take place on 24th, 25th and 26th June. Beidh Paráid na bPeileadóirí i dTrá Lí le haghaidh clubanna inár gceantar. Schedule: Friday 24th June…first two group games; Saturday 25th June…final group game and Cup/Shield quarter finals; Sunday 26th June…Cup/Shield semi-finals and finals.
PEIL FAOI 15: An Under 15 Super 10s Competition (group stage) will take place in Connolly Park on Saturday next (28ú)…ag tosú ag 1pm. Teams involved in our group: Gleann Fleisce, Ballydonoghue and Annascaul/Lios Póil. Best of luck to our boys!

CAMPAÍ PEILE i gCONNOLLY: (i) Our club will host the 2016 Bord na nÓg Cúl Camp in Connolly Park from Monday July 4th to Friday July 8th. (ii) Our own club cool Summer Camp will be held from Tuesday August 2nd to Saturday August 6th.
