PRINCE Charles and his wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, will spend some time in Tralee when they pay a visit to Cork and Kerry next month.
It turns out the resurfacing of the Brandon carpark is in preparation for the arrival of the couple who are expected visit Siamsa Tíre, which answers the question “what have the Royals ever done for us?” (in fairness, a council official has informed TraleeToday.ie that the decision to resurface the carpark was made months ago).
It is expected they will fly into the country on Thursday, June 14 to spend a few days in the region. They will travel around Kerry on Friday, June 15 and take in a visit to Muckross House in Killarney — where his great-grandmother visited — and will also visit Tralee and a location in south Kerry.
