THERE was a rush for bargains on Saturday afternoon at Benners Hotel for a sale of ‘New and Pre Loved Clothes.
Held in aid of Blennerville National School, the sale saw a very busy opening hour and steady stream of people visit during the afternoon, eventually raising €965 at the weekend.

Many of the items still had their tags on and ladies were able to pick up an outfit for a wedding, communion, Christening, debs, graduation or a special night out.
