GARDAI in Tralee are investigating burglary and break-in incidents in the Tralee and Ardfert areas over the past couple of weeks.
On Saturday, December 12, between 10am and 10.30am in the Tubrid Cross area of Ardfert, there was a silver/grey Audi, possibly 2007/08 model in the area at the time which gardaí believe may have been involved in a burglary at a private house.
There was a large number of items taken in the burglary including Christmas presents, electrical goods, cosmetics and more taken.

Also in Ardfert, between 1am on Friday, December 18 and 2.45pm on Sunday, December 20, a large rock was thrown through the window of a business premises in Ardfert Business Park.
Meanwhile, in Ballycarty, Ballymac, on Monday, December 14, shortly after 9pm, a male entered a house but was confronted by the owner. He fled by the front door pursued by the owner. Again, any information to Tralee Garda Station.
