DON’T forget the Kerry Hospice Good Friday Walk will set off from The Grand Hotel tomorrow morning at 10am.

It is the 20th Good Friday Walk organised by Kerry Hospice which started in 1998 and was the brainchild of Chairman of the Kerry Hospice, Ted Moynihan.

The route will take participants out by Lohercannon to Blennerville, across by Ballydunlea, down Ballyard by the rugby club, and back to the Grand Hotel. Refreshments will be provided in The Grand afterwards for all who participate in the walk.

Organisers are hoping for a big crowd as the money raised will go towards Kerry Hospice’s new inpatient unit which will be opened later in the year.
