SIAMSA Tire is inviting young people aged 15 – 20 to explore the world of drama as it announced the launch of its ninth season of the Free Radicals Youth Theatre (FRYT).
The first Taster Session will take place on Saturday, September 30 from 4pm-7pm at Siamsa Tíre.
Open to new members, the FRYT has successfully created a safe space for young people to explore their world using the medium of drama.

The group meets every Saturday from 4-7pm and the term runs from October 7 until April.
Established in 2008, the Free Radicals Youth Theatre provides workshops allowing members to devise and create their own drama and develop a wide range of performance skills.
This enables members to gain confidence, develop team working skills and perform work in a professional atmosphere. It also gives them an opportunity to explore their own identity through the expressive and performing arts and socialise creatively.
Siamsa Tíre welcomes back award winning Kerry playwright Neil Flynn and Kerry actor Gerry Fitzgerald as facilitators of the FRYT again this year. They work tirelessly to inspire the group each year as they help them produce and perform collaborative works.
