U12 GIRLS:
We continued on our winning ways during the week with 2 excellent wins firstly last Tuesday we played against neighbours Na Gael away in a thrilling game which saw us win by the smallest of margins. We then played Beale Ballyduff on Thursday in Mitchels. Again the wind affected the play but our girls won out in the end.
We have now finished joint top of the League Div 2 with Kerins O Rahillys so we now play Rahillys in a league final to decide the outright winner of the league.
This game is on Monday May 1st at 1pm in Connolly Park. These players and their managers Edward and Tony have put in a huge effort.
All support welcome.

U8s:
Well despite the bad forecast for Sunday last John Mitchels U8 boys and girls had a great turnout with over 30 boys and girls raring to go. We started out with a good warm up followed by some drills and finished with 2 cracking games. Big thanks to our senior players for taking part in some of the fun and games where the kids were only too delighted to show them their skills. Training continues next Sunday morning from 10.30am to 12.00pm.

U10s:
We played our first go games on Tuesday at Ballyrickard and what an evening of football. We played 4 games each with Jim, Jacob, Conor, Mark and Killian showing some great skills. Tadhg, Enda, Cathal, Gearoid and Justin put in great effort and got some great scores. Well done to all the players who took part and we will be playing again in 3 weeks. Sunday morning training took place as normal with a great turn out with Luke, Nathan, Cody, Pascal, Sinead, Isobel and Will improving their skills and techniques. At the games at the end Tomas, Robert, Darragh, Eanna and the rest of the boys and girls got really competitive and had a most interesting match. Well done to all and we will see you all next Sunday
