A KERRY actress is set to appear in the programme ‘EIPIC’, which will air tonight, February 11, at 10pm on TG4.
Roisin Ní Cheillachair from Dunquin will be the main star of Thursday’s episode which, although contemporary, tells a story that echoes past events as five rural teenagers take over their local post office to start a musical revolution in 2016.
The programme is directed by Louise Ní Fhiannachta from Ventry and will also feature music from local rock heroes Walking On Cars.
It’s a six-part comedy-musical drama series which tells a story about escape, empowerment and what it means to be a teenager ‘hero’ in contemporary rural Ireland set against the backdrop of the 1916 centenary celebrations.
