WOMEN of Kerry are encouraged to take the night off for a fun Christmas event called ‘The Pink Knickers Bust Up’ in Fels Point Hotel, Thursday, November 20.
The night, organised by the Kerry Businesswoman’s Network (KBN), will feature three novel events, the first of which being a prize for the ‘wackiest bra’. The idea is to decorate a bra, “dazzle it, frazzle it” and wear it outside your clothes.
There will also be a 3-legged Knickers Relay in which teams of six ladies from local businesses and retailers will take part, as well as ‘The Bra Strap Tug Of War’, where teams will challenge each-other in a tug of bra-straps!
Participation in the events on the night is not compulsory and proceeds earned from the event will go towards the Spa Fenit Hospice, Multiple Sclerosis and KBN.
There will be a wine and canapes, spot prizes and live music with ‘Rouge’ and ‘The Rat Pack’.
The night will begin at 8pm and tickets are priced at €10.
