THE Kerry footballers will play two Allianz National Football Division 1 League games in Tralee under lights in coming season.

Kerry will welcome Dublin to Austin Stack Park on Saturday, March 5 at 7pm while on Saturday, March 12 they’ll play 2021 All-Ireland finalists Mayo at the same venue.

Kerry have two other home games in Killarney against Donegal on February 20 and will welcome the All-Ireland champions Tyrone on March 27, both have Sunday afternoon throw-in times.

Those games under lights in Tralee would normally draw huge crowds and provide a big boost for local hospitality, but it remains to be seen if COVID restrictions on sporting events will still be in place come February.

Kerry hurlers kick off their Division 2A league games away to Westmeath but they have home ties against Kildare (Feb 13) and Meath (March 6) in Austin Stack Park.
