LEE Strand visited Coolick NS in Kilcummin on Monday to present a cheque of €500 in the Cash 4 Schools Draw.
Speaking at the presentation Irene O’Keeffe Principal stated; “We are delighted to win €500 in the Lee Strand Cash 4 Schools. The money will be used to re-stock our Aistear playground and also to provide much needed goal posts for our astro turf. We also hope to replenish our PE supplies. A big thank you to Noreen Doolan for entering into the draw on our behalf and winning €500 for Coolick NS. We would also like to thank Julie O’Connor who also consistently collects the mascots and drops them into Lee Strand.”
