Coiste na nÓg News:

Sponsored by Foleys Spar, Milltown

This Week in the Coiste na nÓg:

The week began with our U11 side making the trip to Keel to face our neighbours in the Mid Kerry competition where both our U11 sides played some fantastic football despite the wet and windy conditions on the evening.

Wednesday evening saw our U8 Girls team travel to Killorglin to play their final game of the year against Laune Rangers with all the girls showing their amazing skills that they have learned throughout the year. Well done to all of our amazing U8 players, Deirdre and their hard working coaching team, the covid supervisors, parents and everyone who has helped throughout the year.

Also playing their final match this year our U6 and U7 teams travelled to Laune Rangers on Sunday morning. Well done the all of the players who were fantastic on the morning and have been all year long. Once again well done to all the players Katie with the U6s, Jono and Trevor with the U7s and all of their amazing coaches.

Thank you also to the parents of our players for their fantastic support and to Claire along with her hard working covid supervising teams. All of players U8 will have their last sessions this week and it has been incredible to see the unbelievable progress they have made throughout the year.

Our U13’s played their final Central Region match travelling to Churchill on Sunday evening. The hosts were to come away with the spoils on the night but our lads played very well and look forward to the Mid Kerry competition start next weekend which will be their final competition this year.
