NA GAEIL U14:We played a friendly game V An Ghaeltacht away in our first game of the year on Sunday with the sides level at the final whistle 3-07 apiece.

It certainly was great to see the panel players that togged out for the game all competing to impress the big support that travelled out to see the lads in action.

We played with the traditional strong West Kerry breeze in the first half but conceded 3 soft goals and were down 5 at half time.

The second half was much more promising and we played with a little more passion to score score 2 goals and a point in the final 10 minutes to earn a deserved draw.

We hope to have another challenge game next Sunday. Thanks to the home team for the refreshments after the game.
