A TRALEE woman was rewarded at the weekend for her incredible efforts for her sports club over the past year.
Joanne Allman of the Tralee Triathlon Club won the Volunteer Of The Year award at the Triathlon Ireland Awards ceremony at The Marker Hotel on Saturday night.
Joanne, who is manager at Eason’s Tralee, was delighted and humbled by the award. The awards recognise the achievements of triathletes in clubs from all over the country.

Other Tralee club members, Cillian Tierney and Seamus Hoare, were also recognised for their achievements in categories on the night.
