THE chance of rain didn’t put off well over 100 brave souls who took part in the second annual Ardfert Harvest Cycle on Saturday morning.

The two routes began from Ardfert National School, heading to Abbeydorney through, Ballinclogher Cross.
It was there where the 40k route headed for Lerrig and on to Banna. The 75k route went for Ballyduff and around Kerry Head, to Banna, out to Barrow, then back to Ardfert National School.
A fantastic day for a great school.
