THERE was music, dancing and plenty of exotic dishes as students from countries all over the world took part in international Day in the ITT.
It’s an annual event where students express and display their culture, norms and traditions to all students and staff in the college.
Students from Kuwait, Nigeria, Finland, Czech Republic, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, China, India, Korea, Oman, Ireland, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia had information stands, slideshows and food samples from their home countries.

The IT International students were keen to share information about their homelands and many of the students will dress in their traditional costumes.
SydänmetsäStudents from the Middle East are on a 1 year Medical Pathway Programme to their undergraduate programme in the Royal College of Surgeons Dublin, National University of Ireland, Galway and the University of Limerick.
There are around 200 students from the Middle East many of who stay with host families and give a boost to the local economy. Scroll down for photos…
