THE glorious weather has arrived for the weekend and so have the Kerry Rose contestants.
It’s just one week until the Kerry Rose selection night at the Ballyroe Heights Hotel and most of the ladies met up yesterday afternoon for the beginning of a weekend of appointments in Tralee, Killarney and elsewhere.

First port of call was Kerry County Council where the ladies met Mayor of Tralee, Tom McEllistrim, Cllr Jim Finucane, Cllr Seamus Cosai Fitzgerald and council officials.
Then it was on to Pieta House in Moyderwell and later a night at the Kingdom Greyhound Stadium where the ladies had a fantastic night of racing and craic.
