THE glorious sunshine has made a very welcome return over the past week and many people have been out and about making the most of it.
With temperatures wandering into the high teens we have been hit with an unseasonable mini-heatwave, but unfortunately dark clouds are predicted to come on the horizon by the time the weekend rolls around.
Brace yourself. Met Eireann are saying that tomorrow will be a much cloudier day with some heavy showers breaking out during the afternoon.
But there is still time to enjoy the outdoors, today is supposed to remain fine with temperatures in the region 18 degrees.
So if you can, try and make the most of it, like the people we met dotted around the town park soaking up the rays yesterday.
It could be a while before we have it this good again.
