THE Rose of Tralee International Festival has been nominated for a media award.
The festival is on a shortlist of nine for an Accenture Digital Media Award in the Best Use Of Social Media category for their Access All Areas campaign.
The description of the nomination reads; “2015 Rose of Tralee International Festival: Access All Areas, giving a behind the scenes, exclusive look at one of Ireland’s favourite and most dynamic festivals. More than just Roses, it brings alive the festival feel good x-factor of live music, family fun, parades, fireworks and fairytale magic.”
The Accenture Digital Media Awards have 27 categories and strive to recognize and celebrate excellence in all aspects of digital media, and aim to give established multi-national corporations and up-and-comers alike an equal chance to showcase their achievements and network.
The awards take place in the DoubleTree by Hilton, Dublin, on Friday, February 19.
