STEPHEN Stack will remain in charge of Austin Stacks for another year at least.
There had been some speculation about whether the Listowel man would stay on for a fourth year in charge of the Rock, but The Kerryman confirmed in a story today that the 1997 All-Ireland winner is staying in charge.
Austin Stacks put in a punishing schedule in 2015, with their first competitive match coming in January and their last in December.
The side failed to defend their county title after they exited the championship at the quarter-final stage at the hands of Dr Crokes.
There will be a chance for redemption however when the two face off in the Division One League Final for the second year in a row.
In other Rockie news, the 2015 season marked the year when veteran forward, Mikey Collins, became only the fourth player to play 50 championship matches with the club.
The other three are Ger O’Keeffe, Ger Power and William Kirby.
Over a record amount of matches 27, Stacks hit a massive 39 goals and 318 points (total 435) this year.
The top scorers were, David Mannix 2-72, Shane O’Callaghan 6-44, Darragh O’Brien 10-30, Shane Carroll 0-44 and Pa McCarthy 2-18.
