The Accredited Service Excellence Programme is suitable for all management and front of house staff in a tourism related business.

The award can be achieved in three ways; individually, upon completion by members of a full day or online workshop; as a business, where 75% of front of house staff complete the programme or through the Destination Awards, where a certain number of set criteria in alliance with other key local businesses are met.
