An information evening on SUSI grants will take place on March 12.

AN information evening on ‘Student Universal Support Ireland’ (SUSI)  grants will be held at the ‘Kerry College of Further Education’ (KCFE)  in Clash, Tralee on Thursday March 12, in three sessions 4.30pm, 5.30.pm and 6.30pm.

The event is being held in co-operation with Kerry Education & Training Board and Kerry Citizens Information Service.

There will be SUSI representatives present on the evening to host the informative evening and to answer any questions that you might have about the grant application process for further or higher education courses.

The three time slots for the talks are designed to ensure that maximum public attention is garnered and that there is ample time for everyone to attend the show.

The evening is open to anyone who needs to know how to apply for a student grant, be that for going to a PLC (Post Leaving Certificate) Further Education College, an Institute of Technology or a University. The talks are being offered free of charge.

“I am delighted that Kerry Education and Training Board and Kerry Citizens Information Service have asked me to attend the Kerry College of Further Education on March 12th. It will be a great opportunity for SUSI to provide information to prospective students and also to some service providers in the region,” said Graham Doyle, Communications and Customer Service Manager at SUSI.

For further information on the application process and eligibility criteria log on to the SUSI website which can be found here.
